We try to despatch same day, (Occasionally, due to other working commitments, it could slip by a day)

unless otherwise stated or arranged.

Postage costs

Please note, we no longer sell to countries outside the UK.

UK & BRITISH ISLES 

Deliveries are made by Royal Mail 'signed for' or UPS, all packages over 1kg are despatched by UPS.

Highlands and Islands items over 1kg may cost more.

Payment:-

No goods will be despatched without having first received payment (cheques/postal orders must have cleared first).

Orders:-

All unpaid for orders will be cancelled after 21 days, unless other arrangements have been made with carrot cycles (Lincoln) ltd.

Contract of sale:-

Your contract of sale under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 starts from the date of despatch, not time of purchase.

Privacy policy:-

We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the data protection act 1998).

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

Cancelling an order:-

    Under UK law, you have the right to cancel the contract for your purchase within 7 days of delivery.

To cancel a contract, write "cancel contract" on the back of the invoice. Package the items securely and send

them to us with the invoice within 7 working days of the date that the items were delivered. We would request that

you contact us to tell us that you are returning goods before you send them. We may, at our discretion accept goods

back outside of these 7 days subject to a 10% restocking fee. You must contact us for this option to be considered.

Returns policy:-

To comply with UK distance selling regulations and the Consumer Rights Act 2015 please contact us immediately if you are in any way dissatisfied with

your order. If your order is not as you'd expect, contact us within 7 working days of receipt of goods in writing by

email or post (contact details below). Where possible items must be returned to us within original packaging, and in

the condition you received it, within 14 days of receipt to qualify for refund.

Faulty/damaged goods:-

If you receive your item and find it to be faulty contact us within 7 working days of receipt of goods in writing by

email or post (contact details below).

Unwanted items:-

If you order the wrong item, duplicates, or no longer require the item(s), we will refund purchase costs (upon receipt

of proof of despatch for returning items), items must be returned to carrot cycles (Lincoln) ltd in a saleable condition.

We will not be liable for the costs of returning unwanted items to carrot cycles (Lincoln) ltd.

Refunds:-

When refunds are applicable, it is the customer’s responsibility to take reasonable care of the products whilst

in their care. We cannot offer refunds on items that have been clearly miss-used, used outside of manufacturers recommendations,

or not in accordance manufacturers instructions (where appropriate).

Where applicable, if a refund can be offered, it maybe of an amount reflective of the amount of use had from the product.

All refund/return requests must accompanied by satisfactory proof of purchase, clearly showing the amount, and the purchase date.

Product liability:-

If you are unsure about how to fit/use any of our products, either ask, or seek other professional advice/installation.

We are not and will not be liable for injury, loss, or damage incurred from inappropriate use or installation.

Guarantee:-

All guarantees for products are provided entirely by the manufacturers/UK/European importers and are subject to

terms contained therein. Purchasers are reminded to complete and return all warranty cards/documents upon

receipt of goods where appropriate. No Warranty, guarantee, or contract, offered or implied, on any item used

outside the manufacturers recommended fitment.

There is no guarantee, warranty or contract on any items used for racing, pace making, time trials, competition,

track days, (or similar) or outside of the manufacturers recommended fitment and guidance for use.

If at any time, you are unsure, please ask.

Your statuary rights are not affected.
